Ordered as VITON75908, this is an AS568-908 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.644 in (16.36 mm), a cross section of 0.087 in (2.21 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.818 in (20.78 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Continuous operating temperature is published at -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in low-molecular-weight organic acids or amines.
