-909 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-909 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A measuring an inside diameter of 0.706 in (17.93 mm), a cross section of 0.097 in (2.46 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.9 in (22.86 mm), catalogued under part number E80PC909. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) offers good electrical insulating characteristics, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Expect good resistance to ketones, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants.
