This o-ring is supplied in AS568-911 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 0.863 in (21.92 mm), a cross section of 0.116 in (2.95 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.095 in (27.81 mm), catalogued under part number U90911. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The material holds up against abrasion and wear, ozone, and impact and shock loading. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is valued for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds.
