Part number HS70920 is an AS568-920 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.711 in (43.46 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
