APG stocks the HSN90920, an AS568-920 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.711 in (43.46 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones.

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, commercial refrigeration, and engine timing systems.
