The H50924 is an AS568-924 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.72 in (43.69 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.956 in (49.68 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for low compression set under sustained load, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. This material stands up to many alcohols, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in automotive brake fluid or ketones.
