The HS70928 is an AS568-928 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.09 in (53.09 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.326 in (59.08 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with ketones or esters.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, heavy-duty powertrain, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
