*7/16" PURE GRAPHITE YARN FIBER PACKING

The 11750437-10 is a Graphite Filament Packing Compression Packing supplied with a 7/16 inch square cross section. This compression packing is cut into rings and stacked in a stuffing box, then compressed by the gland to seal a rotating or reciprocating shaft. Source specification: 10 LB. Box - Approx. 180 FT.

It resists most chemicals across the pH range, thermal shock, and fire exposure. Graphite Filament Packing delivers excellent thermal conductivity and fire resistance, exceptional temperature capability well beyond elastomeric materials. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or highly oxidizing service above rated temperature.
