11690875-05 is a PTFE Filament Impregnated Packing Compression Packing supplied with a 7/8 inch square cross section. In service, this compression packing offers the most economical repairable shaft seal for pumps and valves. The catalog record notes: 5 LB. Box - Approx. 9 FT.

The compound resists steam, oxidizing media, and solvents. PTFE Filament Impregnated Packing offers one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid and excellent dielectric properties. It should not be specified for service in molten alkali metals or elemental fluorine at temperature.
