The 7GSW4A2400 is a yellow 304 Stainless Steel Class 150 Spiral Wound Gasket measuring a 24 inch nominal pipe size and a Class 150 pressure rating. This spiral wound gasket alternates metal windings with a soft filler so the gasket recovers elastically through thermal and pressure cycling.

304 Stainless Steel is specified here for high mechanical strength and pressure capability, hygienic, cleanable surface suited to sanitary process lines. This material stands up to elevated temperature, corrosion and oxidation, and salt water and washdown. Exposure to chloride stress cracking in some grades or galvanic pairing with dissimilar metals will shorten service life.
