8-450 BLACK FKM 90D BACK-UP RING

VBU90450 is an AS568-450 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A Back-Up Ring with an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.025 in (280.04 mm). In service, this back-up ring extends o-ring service life by supporting the seal against extrusion under high pressure.

Expect good resistance to many acids, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Viton® (FKM) is known for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
