Graphite Filament Packing offers no aging, hardening or embrittlement over time and exceptional temperature capability well beyond elastomeric materials. This material stands up to fire exposure, thermal shock, and very high temperature. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or highly oxidizing service above rated temperature.

Typical settings include power generation, high-temperature process piping, and steam and heat transfer systems.
