Ordered as A80445, this is an AS568-445 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.975 in (202.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.525 in (216.54 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists hot water, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Aflas (TFE/P) offers excellent electrical insulating properties and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
