-021 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

A80021 is an AS568-021 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.926 in (23.52 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.066 in (27.08 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against amines and corrosion inhibitors, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and strong bases. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across oil and gas production, power generation, and downhole tooling.
