A80023 is an AS568-023 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.051 in (26.7 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.191 in (30.25 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against amines and corrosion inhibitors, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and hot water. Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and excellent electrical insulating properties. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service.
