The A80029 is an AS568-029 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.489 in (37.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.629 in (41.38 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) delivers high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. The material holds up against strong bases, sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). Verify compatibility before use with low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons.
