Part number A80030 is an AS568-030 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.614 in (41 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.754 in (44.55 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to hot water, high-temperature steam, and strong bases. Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service are present.

Typical settings include power generation, downhole tooling, and chemical processing.
