This o-ring is supplied in AS568-032 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 1.864 in (47.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.004 in (50.9 mm), catalogued under part number A80032. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for excellent electrical insulating properties and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The compound resists hot water, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and high-temperature steam. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
