-035 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

A80035 is an AS568-035 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.239 in (56.87 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.379 in (60.43 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Aflas (TFE/P) is widely chosen for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. This material stands up to sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, hot water, and high-temperature steam. Rated temperature range runs from -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

Typical settings include geothermal equipment, power generation, and chemical processing.
