A80043 is an AS568-043 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.489 in (88.62 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.629 in (92.18 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) is known for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. It resists amines and corrosion inhibitors, hot water, and high-temperature steam. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in low-temperature dynamic service or some chlorinated solvents.
