-109 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80109 is an AS568-109 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.299 in (7.59 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.505 in (12.83 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for excellent electrical insulating properties and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. It resists brake fluids and phosphate esters, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and high-temperature steam. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).

It sees regular use in power generation, oil and gas production, and chemical processing.
