The A80120 is an AS568-120 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.987 in (25.07 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.193 in (30.3 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) offers proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The compound resists amines and corrosion inhibitors, hot water, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C).
