Part number A80122 is an AS568-122 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.112 in (28.24 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.318 in (33.48 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) offers excellent electrical insulating properties and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Expect good resistance to high-temperature steam, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and sour gas and hydrogen sulfide. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
