-129 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

A80129 is an AS568-129 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.549 in (39.34 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.755 in (44.58 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. It resists strong bases, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and high-temperature steam. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
