-131 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80131 is an AS568-131 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.674 in (42.52 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.88 in (47.75 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists hot water, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and high-temperature steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and proven performance in aggressive downhole environments. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where low-temperature dynamic service or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
