-136 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80136 is an AS568-136 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.987 in (50.47 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.193 in (55.7 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, strong bases, and hot water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in power generation, downhole tooling, and chemical processing.
