A80141 is an AS568-141 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.3 in (58.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.506 in (63.65 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to brake fluids and phosphate esters, strong bases, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons or some chlorinated solvents call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in power generation, geothermal equipment, and chemical processing.
