-145 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80145 is an AS568-145 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.55 in (64.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.756 in (70 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. It resists strong bases, hot water, and high-temperature steam. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or low-temperature dynamic service.
