-211 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

Ordered as A80211, this is an AS568-211 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.796 in (20.22 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.074 in (27.28 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. This material stands up to amines and corrosion inhibitors, hot water, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Service temperature is rated from -25°F (-31.7°C) through 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or some chlorinated solvents.
