APG stocks the A80225, an AS568-225 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.859 in (47.22 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.137 in (54.28 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists hot water, strong bases, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. Aflas (TFE/P) delivers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to low-temperature dynamic service or some chlorinated solvents will shorten service life.
