A80238 is an AS568-238 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.484 in (88.49 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.762 in (95.55 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and proven performance in aggressive downhole environments. It resists amines and corrosion inhibitors, high-temperature steam, and hot water. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
