Part number A80246 is an AS568-246 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 4.484 in (113.89 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.762 in (120.95 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) is known for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and excellent electrical insulating properties. The compound resists sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, high-temperature steam, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
