Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and proven performance in aggressive downhole environments. The material holds up against brake fluids and phosphate esters, sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service are present.
