-324 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

Ordered as A80324, this is an AS568-324 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.77 in (44.96 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. The compound resists hot water, amines and corrosion inhibitors, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where low-temperature dynamic service or some chlorinated solvents are present.
