The A80346 is an AS568-346 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.1 in (104.14 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.52 in (114.81 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, high-temperature steam, and brake fluids and phosphate esters. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is widely chosen for excellent electrical insulating properties and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. Rated temperature range runs from -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C) in continuous service.
