The A80361 is an AS568-361 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.975 in (151.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.395 in (162.43 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Aflas (TFE/P) is specified here for excellent electrical insulating properties and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. This material stands up to sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and strong bases. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
