This o-ring is supplied in AS568-363 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 6.475 in (164.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.895 in (175.13 mm), catalogued under part number A80363. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against strong bases, brake fluids and phosphate esters, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is specified for excellent electrical insulating properties and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). Exposure to some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service will shorten service life.
