A80367 is an AS568-367 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.895 in (200.53 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Aflas (TFE/P) is widely chosen for excellent electrical insulating properties and exceptional resistance to amine-based additives. The material holds up against brake fluids and phosphate esters, strong bases, and hot water. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or low-temperature dynamic service are present.

Typical settings include power generation, geothermal equipment, and downhole tooling.
