-425 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80425 is an AS568-425 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.475 in (113.67 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.025 in (127.64 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The compound resists high-temperature steam, sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is known for proven performance in aggressive downhole environments and excellent electrical insulating properties. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C).
