-455 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

A80455 is an AS568-455 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 12.975 in (329.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.525 in (343.54 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and excellent electrical insulating properties. It resists sour gas and hydrogen sulfide, strong bases, and amines and corrosion inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where some chlorinated solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

It sees regular use in geothermal equipment, chemical processing, and power generation.
