-470 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80470 is an AS568-470 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 20.955 in (532.26 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 21.505 in (546.23 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, Aflas (TFE/P) offers exceptional resistance to amine-based additives and high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match. Expect good resistance to strong bases, high-temperature steam, and sour gas and hydrogen sulfide. Published continuous service range is -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It is not the right choice where aromatic hydrocarbons or low-temperature dynamic service are present.
