-332 BLUE FKM 75D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-332 blue Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 2.35 in (59.69 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.77 in (70.36 mm), catalogued under part number V75MD332. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit and very low compression set at elevated temperature. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

The compound meets FDA requirements for food contact, carries NSF listing, and is metal detectable for HACCP and foreign-body control programs. It sees regular use in chemical processing, aerospace, and high-temperature process equipment.
