The SB-H70037-10 is an AS568-037 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.489 in (63.22 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.629 in (66.78 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces. The catalog record notes: 0.070CSX2.489"IDX2.629"OD.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Expect good resistance to propane and butane, hydraulic fluids, and greases and lubricants. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where automotive brake fluid or strong acids are present.
