Ordered as SB-H70235-25, this is an AS568-235 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.109 in (78.97 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.387 in (86.03 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware. Source specification: 0.139CSX3.109"IDX3.387"OD.

This material stands up to petroleum-based oils, propane and butane, and greases and lubricants. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong acids or ozone and direct sunlight are present.
