The SB-H70269-5 is an AS568-269 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 8.734 in (221.84 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.012 in (228.9 mm). The material holds up against many alcohols, propane and butane, and hydraulic fluids. Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ozone and direct sunlight or strong acids are present.
