This o-ring is supplied in AS568-051 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 5.489 in (139.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.629 in (142.98 mm), catalogued under part number H70051. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. Expect good resistance to greases and lubricants, water, and propane and butane. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where automotive brake fluid or ozone and direct sunlight are present.
