The H70054 is an AS568-054 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 6.239 in (158.47 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.379 in (162.03 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists many alcohols, petroleum-based oils, and hydraulic fluids. Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, low compression set under sustained load. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Applications involving strong acids or polar solvents call for a different compound.
