N70102 is an AS568-102 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.049 in (1.24 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.255 in (6.48 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against sunlight and salt spray, ozone and weathering, and moderate petroleum oil exposure. Neoprene (Chloroprene) is known for strong performance in refrigeration circuits and inherent flame-retarding characteristics. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or strong oxidizing acids are present.
