The N70169 is an AS568-169 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.487 in (190.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.693 in (195.4 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Neoprene (Chloroprene) is known for a balanced combination of oil and weather resistance, good resilience across a moderate temperature band.
