-262 BLACK CHLOROPRENE 70D O-RING

The N70262 is an AS568-262 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.984 in (177.39 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.262 in (184.45 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to moderate petroleum oil exposure, refrigerants and ammonia, and ozone and weathering. Neoprene (Chloroprene) offers good resilience across a moderate temperature band and inherent flame-retarding characteristics. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or ketones are present.
